Privacy Policy

This is an English translation provided for your convenience. The legally binding version is the German one, available under /de/datenschutz.

1. Data Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
Priomate
Simon van der Horst
Keltenstraße 44
82054 Sauerlach
Germany
Email: support@priomate.com
Phone: +49 176 37742066

2. General Information on Data Processing

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website as well as our content and services. Processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the applicable data protection provisions.

3. Hosting and Access Data

This website is hosted and delivered by Vercel Inc., USA. When you access the site, Vercel, acting as a processor, processes technical access data, in particular your IP address, the date and time of access, the page accessed, the referrer URL, browser type and operating system. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for the technically secure and stable provision of the website. We do not keep our own server log files, do not evaluate this data, and do not combine it with other data. The storage period is determined by our host’s specifications.

4. Fonts

The fonts used on this website are delivered from our own server. No connection to third-party servers and no transmission of your IP address to third parties takes place.

5. Cookies and Consent Management

To obtain, manage and document your consent, we use the consent management tool consentmanager from consentmanager AB, Håltegelvägen 1b, 72348 Västerås, Sweden. When you access the site, a script from the provider is loaded and your IP address (anonymized by the provider), the date and time of consent, browser information, the URL accessed, a randomly generated anonymous key and your consent status are processed. As proof of consent, consentmanager places the cookie “__cmpconsent” in your browser with a retention period of 90 days. For cross-domain consent, entries of the form “__cmpcccu*” are added; some of these are not stored as cookies but in your browser’s local storage, where they have no fixed retention period — they remain until you delete them yourself. According to the provider, processing takes place on servers within the European Union.

The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR in conjunction with our obligation to provide proof under Art. 7 (1) GDPR. The storage of the consent cookie itself does not require consent under § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG (formerly TTDSG), as it is strictly necessary for the provision of this expressly requested service.

With your consent we use PostHog (PostHog, Inc., USA; data processed on servers in the European Union) to measure reach. We record which pages are opened, interactions with controls — that is, the buttons and links you click, along with their technical identifiers — and the fact that someone signed up for the waitlist. Your email address is not transmitted to PostHog. PostHog sets a cookie for this purpose which applies to priomate.com including its subdomains, so that your decision does not diverge between this site and the app at app.priomate.com. No session recording takes place. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG; without consent the script is not loaded and nothing is stored. We do not use marketing cookies. Should further optional cookies or comparable technologies be added in the future, they will only be loaded after your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

6. Contacting Us

When you contact us, we process your information in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR insofar as your request relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required to process the request and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.

7. Waitlist for the Open Beta

When you sign up for the waitlist, we store your email address, information about which page the sign-up came from, and the time of sign-up. We use this data solely to notify you as soon as your access to the Open Beta is ready. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you grant by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future — an informal message to support@priomate.com is sufficient. The data is stored at Supabase (see section 8) and will be deleted at the latest once the waitlist has fulfilled its purpose.

8. Recipients and Transfers to Third Countries

We use the following service providers as processors:

Vercel Inc., USA — hosting and delivery of this website.
Supabase, Inc., USA — database for the waitlist. The data is stored in the Ireland region within the European Union.
consentmanager AB, Sweden — consent management (see section 5). Processing takes place within the European Union.
PostHog, Inc., USA — reach measurement (see section 5), only after consent. Processing takes place in the EU region; where a transfer to the USA nevertheless occurs, this is based on standard contractual clauses.

The service providers named above receive data only to the extent necessary and on the basis of a data processing agreement. Insofar as this involves a transfer to countries outside the European Economic Area, it only takes place under the conditions of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, in particular on the basis of the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

9. Storage Period

We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations. If you request the deletion of your data, we will delete it immediately and completely — there is no delayed deletion and no recycle bin, provided no statutory retention obligations prevent this.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as the right to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (e) or (f) GDPR. You can withdraw consent you have given at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

11. Data Protection Officer

Priomate is operated as a sole proprietorship. The legal requirements for appointing a data protection officer under Art. 37 GDPR and § 38 BDSG (German Federal Data Protection Act) do not apply; therefore, no data protection officer has been appointed. For all data protection questions, you can reach us at support@priomate.com.

12. Status

This privacy policy is dated 24 July 2026. We will update it if changes to our data processing or legal requirements make this necessary.
